Kalyan Mandap and Gauri Kalyan Mandap have been arranged in front of the temple for the convenience of the passengers. Both the pavilions are also built in the new architecture.

A trust board of 13 members is administering the temple under the Endowments department of Andhra Pradesh.

It is said that severe penance has been performed by the god of mountains, Meruvu, and his wife Menaka, Seeing his harsh penance, Lord Vishnu blessed him with two sons. One of them was Bhadra and the other was Ratnakar.
