Siddhivinayak Temple – A Place of Worship for Lord Ganesha 

Shri Ganesh is a Hindu deity that is worshipped at the Shree Siddhivinayak Ganapati Mandir. It is located in Maharashtra, India.   

This temple is one of the richest temples in India and is frequented by celebrities, Bollywood stars, politicians and common people 

The popular belief of this temple is that Siddhivinayak Ganapati fulfills the wishes of anyone who worships in this temple with a true heart. 

Among the devotees, Siddhivinayak is popularly known as "Navasacha Ganapati" or "Navasala Pavanara Ganapati". 

One of the most protected places of worship in the city of Mumbai is the Siddhivinayak Temple, dedicated to Ganesha. 

A man named Lakshmana Vithu originally built Siddhivinayak Temple in 1801. 

The present structure of Siddhivinayak Temple, Mumbai was designed by an architect named Sharad Athale. 

Fine marble and pink granite were used to rebuild the temple 

The wooden doors of the temple display exquisitely carved images of the eight forms of the presiding deity of the temple, known as Ashtavinayakas. 

Tim Cook started his 2012 visit to India by offering morning prayers at this temple. 

The Siddhivinayak temple is Mumbai city's richest temple trust, receiving donations of around ₹100 million – ₹150 million every year.
