Uttar Pradesh: In response to alarming reports of a Medical Officer found under the influence of alcohol while on duty, Deputy Chief Minister of Uttar Pradesh, Brajesh Pathak, has taken decisive action. Pathak confirmed that following orders issued by him, the said Medical Officer stationed at the Primary Health Center in Baitalpur has been promptly transferred by the Chief Medical Officer of Deoria.
Expressing grave concern over the incident, Deputy CM Brajesh Pathak underscored the critical importance of healthcare and reiterated the government’s unwavering commitment to upholding standards of professionalism and integrity in medical services. He emphasized that any form of laxity or negligence in delivering healthcare services would not be tolerated under any circumstances.
Brajesh Pathak affirmed that immediate and effective measures would be taken against individuals found compromising the quality of healthcare services.
