Lucknow: Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath was present at the ‘Kiranti Shaurya Samaroh’ held at the 11 Gorkha Rifles Regimental Center in Lucknow district. Celebrating the center’s remarkable 75-year journey, CM Yogi extended heartfelt congratulations to military officers, brave soldiers, ex-servicemen, and their families.
During the event, CM Yogi highlighted the invaluable contributions of the center and its personnel to the nation’s defense. He expressed admiration for the courage and dedication displayed by the armed forces, acknowledging their sacrifices and unwavering commitment to safeguarding the country’s sovereignty.
“In a notable gesture, CM Yogi also recognized the significant role played by brave women in the defense forces. Their contributions were duly honored during the ‘Kiranti Shaurya Samaroh’, reflecting the spirit of inclusivity and appreciation for all members of the armed forces and their families”.
The event served as a platform to commemorate the legacy of the 11 Gorkha Rifles Regimental Center and its pivotal role in shaping India’s defense landscape. CM Yogi’s presence reaffirmed the government’s commitment to honoring and supporting the armed forces, recognizing their vital role in upholding the nation’s security and integrity.
