The name of the daughter of Alia Bhatt and Ranbir Singh is ”Raha”. The name was given by Raha‘s grandmother, actress Neetu Kapoor.
Alia Bhatt has informed her fans about this by sharing a post from her official Instagram account today. Alia has shared a very cute picture of Alia-Ranbir holding the daughter in her hands. The name of Alia-Ranbir Kapoor’s daughter is also seen written on a T-shirt on the wall. Alia Bhatt has named her daughter Raha Kapoor through this post. Ranbir Kapoor’s mother Neetu Singh chose this name.
Alia Bhatt has written with the post. Through this, he has told the meaning of the daughter’s name. He wrote, “The daughter’s name is Raha.” Her wonderful and loving grandmother gave her the name. There are many beautiful meanings associated with this name. It refers to the divine path. In Swahili, raha means joy. Gotra is in Sanskrit.
The name means comfort, ease and relief in Bengali. It means peace in Arabic. The name also means happiness and freedom. Alia further wrote, ‘He is absolutely true to his name.’ Thank you, our family, for coming into our lives. It seems like our life has just begun.
