The President of India, Smt Droupadi Murmu, made a significant visit to the Shrimad Rajchandra Mission Dharampur, Valsad, on February 13, 2024. In her address to the gathered audience, she paid tribute to Shrimad Rajchandra ji, acknowledging his multifaceted legacy as a saint, poet, philosopher, and social reformer.

Expressing concern over contemporary societal trends, President Smt Droupadi Murmu lamented the pervasive pursuit of material happiness at the expense of spiritual fulfillment. She urged individuals to prioritize mental peace, equanimity, restraint, and morality alongside material success, emphasizing the intrinsic value of spiritual wealth.
Furthermore, the President advocated for a balanced approach, where modern developments are embraced while concurrently nurturing spiritual growth. She articulated the potential of spiritual values in addressing contemporary global challenges, underscoring the importance of integrating spiritual principles into modern lifestyles.
