  • Tamil Nadu and Kerala, including Mahe, are likely to experience light to moderate rainfall at isolated places over the next 5 days.
  • On December 19th, 2023, Lakshadweep and south Tamil Nadu might witness isolated heavy rainfall.
  • The rest of the country is forecasted to experience no significant weather changes over the next 5 days.

Fishermen Warning:

Squally weather, with wind speeds reaching 30-40 kmph, is expected over the Lakshadweep area on December 19th. Fishermen are strongly advised to refrain from venturing into the Lakshadweep area on this date.

Dense Fog Warning:

Dense to very dense fog conditions are highly likely in isolated pockets over Punjab during the next 5 days. Similar conditions are anticipated in isolated pockets over Haryana, while Assam and Meghalaya can expect dense fog on December 20th and 21st during morning hours.

Cold Wave Warning:

Isolated pockets of Punjab are expected to face cold wave conditions on December 19th and 20th, 2023.
