Ten years after the release of its predecessor, “Oh My God 2” made its debut with Akshay Kumar portraying the divine character of Lord Shiva. This satirical comedy-drama is a follow-up to the 2012 blockbuster “OMG – Oh My God.” Directed by Amit Rai, the film also stars Yami Gautam, Pankaj Tripathi, and the legendary Arun Govil, known for his portrayal of Lord Ram in the iconic television series “Ramayan.” “Oh My God 2” graced theaters on August 11.
”Selfiee” (2023):
Released on February 24, 2023, “Selfiee” featured Akshay Kumar alongside Emraan Hashmi, Diana Penty, and Nushrratt Bharuccha, under the direction of Raj Mehta. The film also included a special appearance by Mrunal Thakur alongside Akshay Kumar in a song.
”Bade Miyan Chote Miyan” (2023):
“Bade Miyan Chote Miyan” promises to be the ultimate action-packed extravaganza, uniting the dynamic duo of action superstars Akshay Kumar and Tiger Shroff. Mission Raniganj (2023):
“Mission Raniganj” narrates the true story of Jaswant Singh Gill, a top engineer in a mine, who saved over 60 lives during a catastrophic coal mine accident in 1989. Akshay Kumar steps into the shoes of Jaswant Gill, with Parineeti Chopra essaying the role of his wife. Directed by Suresh Desai, this poignant tale is set to hit theaters on October 5, marking the second collaboration between Akshay and Parineeti.
Welcome To The Jungle (2024):
“Welcome To The Jungle” promises a hilarious ride for fans, featuring an ensemble cast including Akshay Kumar, Paresh Rawal, Sanjay Dutt, Arshad Warsi, Suniel Shetty, Jacqueline Fernandez, Disha Patani, Raveena Tandon, and Lara Dutta.
