Abu Dhabi: Home Minister Amit Shah commemorated the landmark day for Sanatanis residing in Abu Dhabi as Prime Minister Narendra Modi inaugurated the BAPS Swaminarayan Sanstha temple.
Amit Shah emphasized the temple’s grandeur as the realization of a long-held dream for Hindus in Abu Dhabi, providing them with a dedicated place of worship and a cultural center away from their homeland.
He underscored the temple’s significance as a symbol of the enduring friendship between India and Abu Dhabi, emphasizing the shared commitment to promoting mutual respect for cultural values. Shah expressed gratitude to BAPS for their contribution in constructing this divine temple.
The inauguration of the BAPS Swaminarayan Sanstha temple marks a significant milestone in the cultural landscape of Abu Dhabi, fostering harmony and unity among diverse communities while strengthening the bonds between India and the UAE.
