Union Home Minister and Minister of Cooperation, Shri Amit Shah, delivered a poignant address in the Lok Sabha, underscoring the momentous occasion of the Ram Temple construction in Ayodhya. Shah emphasized the profound impact of Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s leadership in realizing the long-cherished dream of millions of devotees.
Amit Shah expressed gratitude for the culmination of a centuries-old struggle, culminating in the consecration of Shri Ram Lala on January 22, 2024. He hailed this historic day as a milestone in India’s spiritual consciousness and the journey towards becoming a global leader.
Reflecting on India’s rich cultural heritage, Shah emphasized the integral role of Lord Ram and the Ramayana in shaping the nation’s identity. He underscored the universal significance of Lord Ram’s teachings, symbolizing the ideals of an ideal life and an ideal state.
Amit Shah praised the resilience of Indian democracy and the secular character upheld by the Supreme Court’s landmark decision on the Ram Janmabhoomi issue. He commended Prime Minister Modi’s steadfast commitment to fulfilling promises made to the nation.
Highlighting the transformative reforms under Prime Minister Modi’s leadership, Shah lauded India’s economic progress and strengthened national security posture. He credited Modi’s visionary approach in addressing various challenges, from economic revitalization to countering terrorism.
Amit Shah reiterated that the construction of the Ram Temple symbolizes a victory of development and spirituality over divisiveness and bigotry. He hailed it as a testament to India’s unity in diversity and cultural renaissance.
Amit Shah affirmed that the Ram Temple construction exemplifies the collective aspirations and resolve of the Indian people.
