Lok Sabha Elections: Union Home Minister Amit Shah has issued a heartfelt appeal to the voters of Bihar as the state gears up for the first phase of Lok Sabha elections in 4 constituencies.
“Today, I appeal to the sisters and brothers of the 4 Lok Sabha constituencies of Bihar where voting is going to be held in the first phase of Lok Sabha elections,” Amit Shah stated, underlining the importance of citizen participation in the democratic process.
Addressing the electorate, Amit Shah underscored the significant impact of each vote, not only in shaping the government but also in addressing crucial societal issues. “Your one vote not only ensures every poor person a house, gas, electricity, treatment, and toilet but also ensures farmers respect and fair prices for their crops,” he emphasized.
In a poignant reminder of the responsibilities of citizenship, Amit Shah urged voters to prioritize casting their ballots before indulging in other activities. “So first voting, then refreshments,” he quipped, highlighting the importance of voting as a civic duty.
Shah’s appeal reflects the broader narrative of empowerment and inclusivity, emphasizing the pivotal role of voters in shaping the nation’s future. As Bihar prepares to kick off the electoral process, Shah’s call for active participation resonates as a crucial step towards fostering a more equitable and prosperous society.
