Today, as the world celebrates Friendship Day, social media is abuzz with lovely messages and pictures shared by people to honor their friendships. Among these, several celebrities stand out for their strong bonds of friendship, and Anupam Kher is certainly one of them. On this special occasion, Anupam Kher has taken the opportunity to fondly remember his dear friend Satish Kaushik.
Anupam Kher shared a heartfelt post on his Instagram account. The post includes two pictures – the first one features Anupam Kher alongside Anil Kapoor, while the second picture captures the camaraderie between Anupam Kher and Satish Kaushik. The trio, dressed in their suits, boots, and ties, radiates a strong bond of friendship. Anupam Kher’s caption reads, “Happy Friendship Day! Today I am missing Satish a lot!”
Satish Kaushik: A Close and Cherished Friend
Anupam Kher and the late actor Satish Kaushik shared an exceptionally close friendship. Their companionship was a well-known fact, often seen through their shared moments and outings. Tragically, on March 9 of this year, Satish Kaushik passed away unexpectedly due to a heart attack. Both Anupam Kher and Anil Kapoor held a cherished place in Satish’s heart. The trio had also worked together in the film ‘Ram Lakhan’, a collaboration that further deepened their friendship.
Anupam’s Support for Satish’s Daughter
Anupam Kher has continued to extend his friendship and support beyond Satish Kaushik’s lifetime. He has developed a strong bond with Satish’s daughter, Vanshika, and they have often been spotted enjoying each other’s company. In the wake of Satish’s passing, Anupam has stepped in to spend quality time with Vanshika, taking her out for lunches just as Satish used to. Satish Kaushik’s final appearances include roles in Salman Khan’s ‘Kisi Ka Bhai Kisi Ki Jaan’, and he will also be remembered in upcoming projects such as the film ‘Emergency’ and the web series ‘Guns and Gulab’.
