The grand PM Modi Vision India event, an annual affair, unfolded last night at the opulent Hotel Grand Hyatt. This year’s venue added to the spectacle, drawing the participation of numerous Bollywood celebrities. Among them, Manoj Bajpayee, Arjun Rampal, Farah Khan, and actress Shilpa Shetty were distinguished with the prestigious ‘Champions of Change 2023’ award.
The ‘Champions of Change’ award recognizes individuals fostering Gandhian values, community service, and social development. Shilpa Shetty, expressing her joy, penned a heartfelt note on social media. The ceremony, held in Maharashtra on Tuesday, saw Shilpa sharing glimpses of the award ceremony through pictures and videos on Instagram.
Arjun Rampal, also present at the event, received the Champions of Change Award in Maharashtra. Acknowledging the honor, he humbly tweeted, “Humbled and honored to receive the Champions of Change Award Maharashtra.” He expressed gratitude to the award committee chairman, Shri Nandan Jha, and affirmed his commitment to contributing positively to society and the Indian film industry.
The ‘Champions of Change’ awards, established in 2011, serve as a platform to applaud individuals striving for positive change. The recognition bestowed upon Shilpa Shetty and Arjun Rampal underscores their significant contributions to both societal betterment and the entertainment realm.
