LPG Cylinder: Assam Chief Minister Himanta Biswa Sarma extends heartfelt gratitude to Hon’ble Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi for the recent reductions in LPG cylinder prices, ₹300. In his statement, Sarma highlights the substantial savings that families, especially mothers and sisters, can now enjoy as a result of these price cuts.
With an earlier reduction of ₹200 and the latest cut of ₹100, households in Assam and beyond can redirect these savings towards better use, contributing to their financial well-being and easing their economic burden. CM Sarma emphasizes the importance of such bold decisions in supporting the daily lives of citizens, particularly women, who often manage household expenses.
On behalf of the entire Modi Parivar Assam, CM Sarma sincerely thanks PM Modi for prioritizing the welfare of the people and implementing measures that directly benefit households. The reduction in LPG cylinder prices reflects the government’s commitment to providing economic relief and ensuring access to essential commodities for all citizens.
This decision not only underscores the government’s responsiveness to the needs of the people but also reaffirms its dedication to empowering women and promoting their financial independence.
