Dimension Music has unveiled a promotional song titled “Rang Barse” to coincide with the festival of Holi from the upcoming film “Bandit Shakuntala.” This true story delves into the lives of real bandits, featuring a stellar cast including Dev Sharma, Vedanti Awad, and Preeti Sood.
Sung by Vinod Rathod, composed by Aman Shlok, and directed by Israr Ahmad, the song sets the tone for the film’s intriguing narrative.
Directed by Hyder Kazmi, “Bandit Shakuntala” follows the journey of Shakuntala Mahto herself, portraying her own life story on screen. Alongside Mahto, the ensemble cast boasts talents such as Hyder Kazmi, Abhimanyu Singh, Onkar Das Manikpuri, and more.
Produced by Liaquat Gola, Upendra Kumar, Pintu Kumar, Sharwan Prasad, and Hyder Kazmi, the film is slated for a theatrical release in April 2024. With its captivating storyline and talented cast, “Bandit Shakuntala” promises to be an engaging cinematic experience, shedding light on the lesser-known aspects of real-life bandits.
