In a viral video, a street vendor showcases the mesmerizing preparation of this unique culinary marvel.

The video starts with the vendor carefully packing an enormous-sized jalebi. Then, it transitions to the preparation process. While the initial steps mirror those of a regular jalebi, the magic happens in the vendor’s skilled hands as he shapes it in boiling hot oil. Using criss-cross lines, he molds the jalebi to prevent it from breaking. After completing the intricate design, he expertly dips it into sugar syrup. Voila! A mouthwatering sunflower jalebi is ready to delight your taste buds.
