Bihar: The Prime Minister, Shri Narendra Modi, expressed profound sorrow upon learning about the tragic road accident that occurred in Lakhisarai, Bihar. The incident, involving a collision between a truck and a tempo on NH-30, resulted in the loss of nine lives and left five others injured, who have been promptly admitted to the hospital for treatment.
In a statement posted on the Prime Minister’s Office, Shri Narendra Modi conveyed his deepest condolences to the families of those who lost their loved ones in the accident. He also offered prayers for the swift recovery of the injured individuals, emphasizing the government’s commitment to providing all necessary assistance to the victims.
“The road accident in Lakhisarai, Bihar, is extremely sad. My condolences to those who lost their loved ones in this accident. Along with this, I wish a speedy recovery of all the injured. Local administration under the supervision of the state government is engaged in providing all possible assistance to the victims,” the Prime Minister’s Office shared.
The incident has sparked profound grief and concern, highlighting the need for enhanced road safety measures to prevent such tragedies in the future. Authorities are conducting investigations into the accident to determine the cause and take appropriate action to prevent similar incidents.
As the nation mourns the loss of precious lives, Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s expression of solidarity and support reaffirms the government’s commitment to standing with the affected families during this difficult time.
