Hindi Films’ Box Office Struggles: Since the release of superstar Shah Rukh Khan’s films ‘Jawan’ and ‘Fukrey 3’, the Hindi film industry has faced a tough time leaving a significant impact at the box office. Even Akshay Kumar’s movies like ‘Mission Raniganj’, ‘Thanks for Coming’, ‘Ganpat’, and ‘Yaariyan 2’ struggled in terms of earnings.
New Releases: ‘Tejas’ and ’12th Fail’
About a month after the release of ‘Fukrey 3’, two notable films, ‘Tejas’ starring Kangana Ranaut and ’12th Fail’ featuring Vikrant Massey, hit theaters on October 27th. Let’s delve into the box office predictions for these films.
‘Tejas’: High Expectations
Kangana Ranaut’s ‘Tejas’, directed by Sarvesh Marwah, has generated high expectations. Kangana portrays the role of an Air Force pilot in the movie, and the trailer and teaser have already won hearts. Alongside Kangana, Bollywood actors Varun Mitra and Anshul Chauhan play significant roles.
’12th Fail’: A Promising Story
Vikrant Massey, known for his work in ‘Mirzapur’, stars in ’12th Fail’, directed by Vidu Vinod Chopra, the producer of ‘3 Idiots’. Inspired by a true story, the film has garnered a positive response in pre-release screenings. The real test, however, awaits at the box office. Alongside Vikrant Massey, the movie features Priyanshu Chatterjee, Medha Shankar, and Perry Chhabra.
