President Droupadi Murmu recently attended a civic reception hosted in her honor by the Government of Kerala at Thiruvananthapuram. The event was organized to welcome the President to the state and recognize her contributions to the nation.
The reception was attended by various dignitaries, including the Governor of Kerala, the Chief Minister, and other top officials from the state government. President Murmu was welcomed with a traditional Kerala-style reception, complete with a traditional lamp-lighting ceremony.
In her address, President Murmu expressed her gratitude for the warm welcome she received and praised Kerala’s rich cultural heritage and traditions. She also emphasized the importance of unity and cooperation among all Indians in building a strong and prosperous nation.
The President also lauded Kerala’s achievements in the fields of education, healthcare, and social welfare, and praised the state government for its efforts in promoting inclusive growth and development.
The civic reception was a testament to the strong relationship between the President and the Government of Kerala. It was an opportunity for the President to interact with the people of Kerala and learn more about the state’s unique culture and traditions.
