In a heartwarming update, Meghalaya Chief Minister Conrad K Sangma has shared reassuring news regarding the safe travel of 26 students from Meghalaya. The students, who had been in Sikkim, embarked on their journey home, departing from Majitar and passing through Siliguri.
As the bus made its way across the region, it successfully crossed Kokrajhar and is currently en route to Shillong, the capital of Meghalaya. Chief Minister Conrad K Sangma expressed his delight in seeing the students on their way, confirming their safety during the journey.
The Chief Minister’s message not only provides solace to the families of these students but also reflects the government’s commitment to the well-being and security of its citizens, especially during travel. It is heartening to witness such concern and proactive communication from the leadership during times of uncertainty.
