On the 11th OF March, Prof. (Dr.) Manik Saha, the Chief Minister of Tripura, visited Rashtrapati Bhavan to meet with President Droupadi Murmu. The meeting focused on several issues related to the development of Tripura and the state’s overall progress.
Chief Minister Saha highlighted the significant strides Tripura has made in various areas, including education, health, and infrastructure. He briefed the President on the state government’s various initiatives to improve the quality of life for the people of Tripura and boost economic growth.
President Droupadi Murmu expressed her satisfaction with the progress made by the state and encouraged the Chief Minister to continue his efforts to improve the state’s infrastructure and boost tourism. She also urged the Chief Minister to prioritize the development of rural areas and to provide more employment opportunities for the youth.
The Chief Minister and the President discussed the need for the state government to collaborate with the central government to secure more funding and resources for development projects. They also discussed the importance of environmental conservation and the need to strike a balance between economic development and environmental sustainability.
