In a significant development, Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath took to Twitter to announce the inauguration of smart classes in 1,086 council schools and ICT labs in 64 block resource centers across the Gorakhpur division. The region, comprising Deoria, Gorakhpur, Kushinagar, and Maharajganj, witnessed the integration of advanced technological resources into the education system.
Empowering Educators
As part of the initiative, teachers in primary and composite schools received tablets, equipping them with digital tools to enhance their teaching methods. This technological upgrade promises to transform the teaching and learning experience, making it more interactive and engaging.
Enhancing Early Education
The commitment to education didn’t stop there. Co-located Anganwadi centers received “wonder boxes,” likely to be resources that aid early childhood development. These resources are crucial for nurturing the cognitive and physical development of young children, setting the foundation for a brighter future.
Assisting Children with Disabilities
In a heartening move, assistive devices were also distributed to children with disabilities. These tools are designed to empower differently-abled children, enabling them to access education and develop essential skills, fostering inclusivity in the educational landscape.
