On the 1st of February CM Yogi addresses closing program of ‘MP Sports Mahakumbh’ in Siddharthnagar district.
Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister, Yogi Adityanath, recently addressed the closing program of ‘MP Sports Mahakumbh’ in Siddharthnagar district. The event is organized to encourage sports and physical fitness among the youth of the state.
CM Yogi highlighted the importance of sports in building a healthy and strong nation. He said that the government is committed to promoting sports in the state and has taken several initiatives to encourage young people to participate in sports. He also mentioned that the state government is working to provide adequate facilities and infrastructure to support sports activities in Uttar Pradesh.
The ‘MP Sports Mahakumbh’ saw the participation of thousands of young sports enthusiasts from various districts of the state. The event provided a platform for young athletes to showcase their skills and talent. CM Yogi praised the participants for their hard work and dedication and encouraged them to continue pursuing their passion for sports.
In his address, CM Yogi also emphasized the need for sports to be made an integral part of the education system. He said that sports activities can help to inculcate important values such as discipline, teamwork, and leadership in young people. The government, he said, is working towards incorporating sports as a mandatory part of the school curriculum in the state.
The closing ceremony of ‘MP Sports Mahakumbh’ was a grand affair, with several cultural and sports events being organized to mark the occasion. CM Yogi also distributed prizes to the winners of various sports events held during the Mahakumbh.
