On the 8th of April Yogi, the Chief Minister of Uttar Pradesh, participated in the foundation stone laying program of the ‘Rural Stadium’ in Bholaram Maskara Inter College, Sahajanwan, District Gorakhpur. The stadium is estimated to cost ₹10.43 crore and is a much-needed facility for the local community. Yogi emphasized the importance of sports in the development of young people and stated that the stadium would provide a platform for athletes to showcase their talents. The project is expected to be completed within a year and will provide modern sports facilities to the residents of the area. This initiative by the government of Uttar Pradesh is a step towards promoting sports and nurturing talent in rural areas.
