Congress President Mallikarjun Kharge launched the ‘LDM-INC’ app during a Leadership Development Mission (LDM) workshop held in New Delhi. The LDM-INC app marks a significant milestone in the Congress party’s efforts to strengthen and empower its Leadership Development Mission.
