Amidst their joyful family time, Debina and Gurmeet recently visited Varanasi to perform the Mundan ceremony (head-shaving ritual) of their youngest daughter, Divisha. The couple shared glimpses of this special occasion on their Instagram accounts.
Mundan Ceremony in Varanasi
Debina Banerjee and Gurmeet Choudhary, accompanied by their family members, including their daughters Liana and Divisha, are currently in Varanasi. They have been sharing beautiful moments from their visit to the city’s temples with their fans. The couple also posted pictures from their daughter Divisha’s Mundan ceremony, which took place at the holy ghats of Varanasi.

On July 8, 2023, Debina Banerjee shared a series of pictures and videos on her Instagram stories, showcasing her daughter Divisha’s Mundan ceremony. The family was seen taking a boat ride with the baby girl, and Debina provided a glimpse of the puja performed at one of the ghats during the traditional ceremony.
Elegant Attire and Joyful Celebrations
Debina and Gurmeet were dressed in white Chikankari outfits for their daughter’s Mundan ceremony. Their adorable daughter looked charming in a pink dress, flaunting her tilak with a casual yet cute look. Debina shared more happy pictures from the event, including one from the Varanasi ghats, captioned, “In the spiritual heart of India (Varanasi) where we had the Mundan ceremony of Baby Divisha Har Har Mahadev.”
