Motorists in Delhi are advised to exercise caution and plan their routes accordingly as ongoing construction work by the Delhi Metro Rail Corporation (DMRC) at CDR Chowk is causing traffic disruptions on MG Road. The affected area is the carriageway from Andheria Mod towards Gurugram.
The construction activities being carried out by DMRC at CDR Chowk have necessitated lane closures and temporary traffic diversions, leading to delays and congestion on MG Road. Commuters traveling along this route are likely to experience slower than usual traffic flow and extended travel times.
In light of the ongoing construction work and resulting traffic disruptions, motorists are urged to plan their journeys in advance and consider alternate routes if possible. Additionally, commuters are advised to exercise patience and adhere to traffic regulations to ensure their safety and the smooth flow of traffic in the affected area.
The Delhi Traffic Police and DMRC are working diligently to minimize inconvenience to commuters and expedite the completion of construction work at CDR Chowk. However, until the construction activities are concluded and normal traffic conditions are restored, motorists are encouraged to remain vigilant and cooperate with authorities on the road.
