On the 7th anniversary of the film ‘MS Dhoni: The Untold Story,’ actress Disha Patani fondly remembered her co-star, the late Sushant Singh Rajput. Disha took to Instagram to share a clip from the movie featuring herself and Sushant.

In the heartfelt post, she expressed her gratitude for the journey and her debut in Hindi cinema. She encouraged her followers to love wholeheartedly and cherish those who bring happiness and understanding into their lives. Disha wrote, “Life’s too short for regrets! We couldn’t say goodbye, but I hope you’re happy and at peace.”
As soon as Disha shared the video, fans and industry friends poured their love and condolences into the comment section. Actor Anil Kapoor praised the scene, calling both Disha and Sushant exceptional. Fans shared their admiration, with one user describing it as one of the finest scenes from the movie and another expressing their longing for Sushant.
About ‘MS Dhoni: The Untold Story’:
Directed by Neeraj Pandey, ‘MS Dhoni: The Untold Story’ is a biopic that celebrates the life of one of India’s most revered cricketers, Mahendra Singh Dhoni. Released in 2016, the film featured the late Sushant Singh Rajput in the titular role of Dhoni, alongside Kiara Advani.
The biopic emerged as one of the biggest successes in Sushant’s career, earning him numerous nominations for Best Actor at various awards ceremonies that year. Sushant’s portrayal of Dhoni left audiences spellbound, with many struggling to differentiate between Sushant and the real Dhoni on screen. It was a testament to Sushant’s exceptional acting skills, as he meticulously captured every detail of Dhoni’s mannerisms, gait, and speech, making the character truly come to life.
Sushant Singh Rajput tragically passed away on June 14, 2020, when he was found dead in his Mumbai apartment. His untimely demise left a void in the hearts of his fans and the film industry, but his incredible performances, like his portrayal of Dhoni, continue to be celebrated and cherished.
