Popular actor Dulquer Salmaan recently paid a warm visit to Telangana Chief Minister Revanth Reddy to express his heartfelt gratitude after being honoured at the prestigious Gaddar Telangana State Film Awards. Dulquer received the Jury Award for his impactful performance in the Telugu film Lucky Baskhar.
Since he was abroad during the awards ceremony, Dulquer made it a point to personally meet Chief Minister Revanth Reddy later. Sharing glimpses from their meeting on social media, he wrote, “Had a very memorable morning, meeting with the honourable Telangana Chief Minister Shri Revanth Reddy Garu, who was the most gracious of hosts.”
The actor praised the CM for taking time to engage in a thoughtful conversation about cinema. “We chatted about Cinema, especially the Telugu and Malayalam industries, and about his love for our various states and languages,” Dulquer added.
Describing the honour as truly humbling, Dulquer expressed heartfelt thanks: “I’m deeply grateful to everyone who has given me these amazing opportunities, and I will always cherish the love and support from the audience.”
