Born on January 4, 1956, in Udaipura, Raisen district, Rampal Singh is a seasoned Indian politician affiliated with the Bhartiya Janata Party. His political journey includes a significant victory in the 2006 by-elections, where he secured a seat in the 14th Lok Sabha from the Vidisha Lok Sabha constituency in Madhya Pradesh.
Rampal Singh’s earlier political engagements are marked by his active participation in the 10th and 11th Vidhan Sabha of the Madhya Pradesh Assembly, representing the Silwani – Begumgunj constituency from 1990 to 1998. His commitment to public service led to re-elections in 2003 and 2013.
Notably, Rampal Singh has served as the Minister of Public Works Department in the Madhya Pradesh State Assembly, contributing to the development and infrastructure of the region. Beyond his political pursuits, he is recognized as an agriculturist, adding a diverse dimension to his profile.
In his personal life, Rampal Singh is happily married to Smt Shashi Prabha Rajput, and together they share a family that includes three sons and one daughter. Their residence is situated in the scenic surroundings of the Raisen district, encapsulating a life that seamlessly blends political responsibilities with familial bonds.
