In a startling development, a plane bound for Nicaragua, carrying more than 300 Indian passengers, has been detained in France over suspected “human trafficking.” The incident came to light after French authorities acted on an anonymous tipoff, leading to the grounding of the aircraft at a French airport. Two individuals have been arrested in connection with the unfolding investigation.

Upon being informed by French authorities, the Indian embassy swiftly responded, confirming the detention of the plane with 303 passengers, primarily of Indian origin, en route from Dubai to Nicaragua.
