Following its release on August 11th, ‘Gadar 2’ swiftly completed its first weekend, leaving box office figures in awe. The film’s extraordinary performance led it to effortlessly breach the coveted Rs 100 crore mark, and it now inches closer to the remarkable Rs 150 crore threshold.
Continued Triumph and Projected Milestones
With its impressive earnings trajectory, it is widely anticipated that ‘Gadar 2’ will continue to break records. As it approaches the fourth day since its release, expectations are high that the film will swiftly surpass the Rs 150 crore milestone. On the third day of its release, the movie amassed a staggering Rs 51.70 crore, contributing to an impressive cumulative total of Rs 134.88 crore.
Trade analyst Taran Adarsh shared insights that highlighted the film’s monumental potential. He indicated that ‘Gadar 2’ could have achieved an even more substantial first-weekend figure if not for the clash at the box office.

‘Gadar 2’ is the much-anticipated sequel to the 2001 blockbuster ‘Gadar,’ a film that left an indelible mark on the industry. Anil Sharma, the director behind the original ‘Gadar,’ has once again helmed this sequel, ensuring a seamless continuation of the iconic narrative.
