The Governor of Madhya Pradesh, Shri Mangubhai Patel, and Chief Minister Shri Shivraj Singh Chouhan welcomed President Droupadi Murmu on her arrival at Bhopal. The President’s visit to Madhya Pradesh was part of her official tour to various states across India.
During her visit to Madhya Pradesh, President Murmu attended various events and meetings with local officials. She also visited important cultural and historical sites, including the Sanchi Stupa and the Bhimbetka rock shelters.
In addition to her cultural and historical visits, the President also met with local officials and leaders to discuss issues of importance to the state. These discussions included topics such as education, healthcare, agriculture, and infrastructure development.
President Murmu’s visit to Madhya Pradesh was seen as an important opportunity to strengthen ties between the state and the central government. It also provided an opportunity for the President to learn more about the rich cultural heritage and economic potential of the state.
The warm welcome extended to the President by the Governor and Chief Minister was a reflection of the state’s commitment to promoting cultural exchange and building strong relationships with leaders from across India. The visit was seen as a positive step towards strengthening the bonds between Madhya Pradesh and the rest of the country.
