The cinematic spectacle ‘HanuMan’ continues to captivate audiences, maintaining a rock-steady performance on its third Saturday following the Republic Day holiday. The movie, which combines mythological elements with modern storytelling, is inching ever closer to the ₹ 50 crore mark, a testament to its enduring appeal.
As of the third weekend, the Hindi version of ‘HanuMan’ has shown remarkable resilience at the box office. The film raked in ₹ 1.85 crore on Friday and followed up with ₹ 1.40 crore on Saturday, bringing its total to an impressive ₹ 42.84 crore. This steady accumulation underlines the film’s consistent performance and its ability to attract viewers even weeks after its release.
In a significant development, the Telugu version of ‘HanuMan’ has also made its mark in North India. Although the numbers are relatively modest compared to its Hindi counterpart, the Telugu version managed to collect ₹ 3 lakhs on Friday and ₹ 2 lakhs on Saturday in its third week. Its total earnings in North India now stand at ₹ 2.40 crore.
The film’s success can be attributed to its unique blend of mythology and adventure, appealing to a wide range of audiences. The stellar cast and high-quality production values have also played a key role in drawing moviegoers to the theaters. As ‘HanuMan’ continues its theatrical run, it is poised to cross significant box office milestones, solidifying its status as one of the noteworthy releases of the year.
