Bitter gourd leaves

To use it, take some bitter gourd leaves and wash them thoroughly. Now make a paste by adding water to it in the sufficent quantity. Then, apply it well on your feet and soles. Dip Feet in Cold Water

Cold water is the panacea for any kind of irritation. Cold water is also the remedy for burning sensation in the soles of the feet. You do not have to do anything for this, just take cold water in a tub and keep your feet immersed in it for 5 minutes. After two minutes, keep it immersed again for 5 minutes. Do this two to three times. Due to this burning sensation in your feet or burning sensation will end soon. Trying this method at night is more beneficial. Because the burning and pain in the feet increases more at night (cold water).
