One cup of boiling water needs one teaspoon of freshly-grated ginger root. After steeping for 10 minutes, strain the drink before consuming.

Suck on a few pieces of cloves for a long time. The immediate stop to vomiting that cloves can bring is due to their aroma and taste. It also changes the taste buds.
