The Indian Meteorological Department (IMD) has issued a weather advisory after heavy to very heavy rainfall was reported in isolated areas of Sub-Himalayan West Bengal and Sikkim. The region experienced intense monsoon showers, causing concerns for residents and authorities alike. The IMD’s warning is clear: “Be careful, be alert!”
