India Sends Aid To Turkey In Response To Devastating Earthquakes.

The Honorable Prime Minister of India, Shri Narendra Modi, has directed the National Disaster Response Force (NDRF) to send two teams consisting of 101 personnel to Turkey in response to the massive earthquakes that devastated the country on February 6th, 2023. The NDRF teams, along with specially trained dog squads and all necessary equipment, have been sent to Turkey via special Indian Air Force flights to carry out search and rescue operations in affected areas.

The NDRF contingent is led by Commandant Shri Gurminder Singh, who is accompanied by doctors and paramedics to provide necessary assistance.
