On March 14, 2023, officer trainees of the 76th batch of Indian Revenue Service (IRS) and Assistant Executive Engineers of the Central Public Works Department (CPWD) from the 2020 and 2021 batches visited the Rashtrapati Bhavan to meet President Droupadi Murmu.
The meeting was an opportunity for the officer trainees and assistant executive engineers to interact with the President and learn about her experiences and perspectives on public service. During the meeting, President Murmu encouraged the young officers to strive towards excellence and to serve the country with dedication and commitment.
The President also emphasized the importance of honesty and integrity in public service and urged the officers to maintain the highest ethical standards in their work. She encouraged them to use their knowledge and skills to contribute to the development and progress of the nation.
The visit to the Rashtrapati Bhavan was a valuable experience for the officer trainees and assistant executive engineers, as it provided them with a platform to interact with the highest authority in the country and gain valuable insights into public service.
