He stated, “The number of foreign and domestic satellites launched by India during the period 2003-14 was 33 and 31 respectively, which increased to 396 and 70 respectively during the period 2014-23.”

The significant rise in the numbers underscores the country’s commitment to advancing its capabilities and contributing substantially to the global space community”.
