Ira Khan Wedding: Ira Khan, daughter of Bollywood icon Aamir Khan, wed her fitness trainer Nupur Shikhare in a quaint court marriage on Wednesday. The ceremony was a close-knit affair with only family members and close friends in attendance. Notably, business magnate Mukesh Ambani and his wife Nita Ambani graced the occasion.
Mithila Palkar’s Dazzling Presence
Actress Mithila Palkar, a friend of Ira’s, marked her presence at the wedding. She took to Instagram to share inside photos from the celebration. Posing with Ira and Nupur, Mithila looked stunning in a red saree, complemented by a designer blouse and golden jewelry. Her middle-parted hair bun and smokey eye makeup added to her elegant appearance. She also shared videos of enjoying and dancing at the wedding.
The Bollywood Connection
Interestingly, the wedding was low-key in terms of Bollywood celebrity presence, limited to Aamir’s close family. Aamir’s ex-wife Kiran Rao was also spotted, sharing a candid moment with Aamir in front of the paparazzi. Aamir’s sons, Azad and Junaid, appeared in dapper suits.
The Unique Celebration
Ira and Nupur’s wedding stood out for its uniqueness. Nupur jogged his way to the wedding, covering a distance of 8 kilometers, dressed in shorts and a tank T-shirt. Ira, too, kept her bridal look unconventional, opting for harem pants instead of the traditional lehenga or saree.
This unconventional wedding, blending traditional elements with personal style, reflects the couple’s distinctive approach to celebrating their love.
