He started his career with regional Rajasthani Cinema, where he has appeared as the villain in more than 20 films. After being cast in the 2016 movie Sultan, where he acted as a government sports officer, he came into prominence. Aamir Khan’s father was also played by him in Dangal.
During 2016-2018, Choudhary appeared on the television show Badho Bahu as Kailash Singh Ahlawat (Lucky’s Tau Ji) which aired on & TV. He stood for election as a Samajwadi Party candidate in 2003 from Mavli constituency in Udaipur prior to his acting career.
He appeared on the television show Kuch Rang Pyar Ke Aise Bhi as Khatri (Main Villain), which aired on Sony TV (India) during 2016 – 17, as well as on Kya Qusoor Hai Amala Ka? as Tanveer (Main Villain), which aired on Sony TV (India) during 2017 – 2018.
