The “Madgaon Express” gained momentum on its second day, witnessing a remarkable 66.87% surge in business. Despite the absence of the Buy1Get1 offer, Mumbai continued to drive its success. The film garnered ₹1.63 crores on Friday and ₹2.72 crores on Saturday, accumulating a total of ₹4.35 crores in India.
As the film enters its crucial phase, Sunday and Monday’s box office performance will be telling, especially without the promotional offer. The audience’s response to these regular ticket days will determine its sustainability.
Starring Divyenndu, Pratik Gandhi, Nora Fatehi, and Avinash Tiwary, “Madgaon Express” also features Upendra Limaye and Chhaya Kadam in pivotal roles. The comedy-drama has managed to resonate well with its target audience, evident from the positive reception despite the absence of promotional incentives.
While the initial numbers reflect a promising start, the real challenge lies ahead. Without the Buy1Get1 offer, the film’s ability to maintain its momentum will be tested. With a talented ensemble cast and an engaging storyline, “Madgaon Express” aims to continue its successful run at the box office, proving its mettle in the competitive landscape of Indian cinema.
