On 20th January PM Modi said, “While the youth are being empowered through the employment fair, their participation in the development of the country is also being ensured. In this episode, through video conferencing at 10.30 am, about 71,000 youths selected for government posts will get the privilege of handing over appointment letters”.
On 20th January 2023 at 10:30 AM, Modi will distribute about 71,000 appointment letters to newly inducted recruits in Government departments and organizations via video conferencing. On the occasion, the Prime Minister will also address these appointees.
The highest priority to employment generation is accorded by the Prime Minister through the Rozgar Mela. The Rozgar Mela is expected to provide meaningful opportunities to the youth for their empowerment and participation in national development and act as a catalyst in further employment generation.
Various positions/posts under the Government of India like Junior Engineers, loco pilots, Technicians, Inspector, Sub Inspectors, Constable, stenographers, Junior Accountant, Grameen Dak Sevak, Income Tax Inspectors, Teachers, Nurses, Doctors, Social security Officers, PA, MTS, among others will be joined by the new recruits selected from across the country.
The newly inducted officials who have gone through the Karmayogi Prarambh module will share their experiences during the Rozgar program. The Karmayogi Prarambh module is an online orientation course for all new appointees in different Government departments.
