A mother has filed a lawsuit after discovering that her son’s elementary school teacher, Julius Johnican, allegedly organized a fight club within the classroom, involving 7-year-old students.
In shocking footage, a student can be seen assaulting another student, identified as O.D., who has special needs. The “fight club” is reported to have persisted for months within the 2nd-grade classroom.
According to the lawsuit, O.D. was subjected to physical assault and held down by Johnican while being attacked. Additionally, the teacher allegedly made continuous threats towards the boy, further traumatizing him. Shockingly, a teacher working alongside Johnican reportedly told O.D. that he was “demon-possessed.”
When confronted about the abuse, Johnican allegedly gaslit the mother, denying the allegations. However, in a twist of fate, he inadvertently revealed a video of the fight on his phone while attempting to show a different video of the “classroom environment.”
The egregious nature of the incident has sparked outrage, with calls for Johnican to be held accountable for his actions. The lawsuit highlights the urgent need for measures to ensure student safety and well-being within educational institutions. Such incidents underscore the importance of vigilant oversight and accountability to protect vulnerable students from harm.
