The Chief Minister of Madhya Pradesh, Shivraj Singh Chouhan received the tricolor as part of a spirited campaign called “Har Ghar Tiranga Abhiyan”. The campaign encourages citizens to hoist the national tricolor flag across the state on the occasion of Independence Day. The campaign launched during the auspicious week leading up to Independence Day when Chief Minister Chouhan was presented with the tricolor by the Madhya Pradesh Postal Circle in Bhopal.
In a heartfelt message to the people of Madhya Pradesh, Chief Minister Chouhan stated, “My dear brothers and sisters, in the auspicious week of Independence Day, the tricolor was presented to me by Madhya Pradesh Postal Circle Bhopal. I request the people of Madhya Pradesh to hoist the Tricolor flag in maximum numbers and make the Har Ghar Tiranga Abhiyan successful. Tricolor is available at your nearest post office.”
This resonant call to action aims to unite every household in the state under the banner of national pride. The tricolor flags, readily available at local post offices, symbolize the spirit of unity, diversity, and freedom that India’s Independence Day signifies. The campaign holds a special significance as it echoes the aspirations of a harmonious and patriotic society.
Extending his appreciation and optimism, Chief Minister Chouhan conveyed his advance congratulations to the Department of Posts for the anticipated success of the “Har Ghar Tiranga Abhiyan.” This collaborative effort between the state government and the Department of Posts exemplifies the essence of communal harmony and shared commitment to the nation’s ideals.
