Munawar Faruqui, the stand-up comedian who recently triumphed in Bigg Boss 17, shared a heartwarming moment on social media. On Tuesday, he posted an Instagram Story featuring his son Mikael, alongside the coveted Bigg Boss trophy. The post, adorned with a heart emoji, shows Mikael proudly holding the trophy, symbolizing not just a win for Munawar but a celebration for his family too.
After clinching victory in the finale, beating fellow contestant and actor Abhishek Kumar, Munawar returned to his hometown Dongri. He was greeted with overwhelming love and support from a massive crowd of fans, marking a grand homecoming. Munawar’s journey in Bigg Boss 17 was nothing short of a rollercoaster. He rapidly became one of the most talked-about contestants on the Colors show, attracting attention from the moment he entered the Bigg Boss house.
However, his path was not without challenges. Munawar’s strategy in the game faced significant setbacks, especially with the entry of Ayesha Khan into the show, who made some serious allegations against him. Despite these hurdles, Munawar’s resilience and popularity among the audience propelled him to the finale, eventually leading to his victory. This moment with his son and the trophy is a testament to his journey and success in one of the most challenging environments on Indian television.
