September 26 marked a significant milestone in the world of Indian cinema as it would have been the 100th birth anniversary of the legendary superstar, Dev Anand. Born on September 26, 1923, Dev Anand’s illustrious career spanned several decades, leaving an indelible mark on Bollywood. He graced the silver screen with iconic films such as “Guide,” “Jewel Thief,” “Johny Mera Naam,” and “Hare Rama Hare Krishan.” On this momentous occasion, numerous Bollywood celebrities paid tribute to the charismatic megastar by sharing heartfelt posts and fond anecdotes. Among them was popular actor Nakuul Mehta, who took a trip down memory lane in honor of Dev Anand’s 100th birth anniversary.

On September 26, Nakuul Mehta delighted his fans and followers by sharing a nostalgic childhood photograph featuring himself and Dev Anand on his social media platform. In the throwback image, a young Nakuul, appearing to be around 10-12 years old, wore an innocent smile as he posed beside the superstar. Dev Anand, radiating his trademark charm, was seen holding Nakuul close, wrapping his arms around the young fan. Accompanying this touching picture, the star of “Bade Achhe Lagte Hain 3” paid tribute to the “OG King of Romance” with the hashtag #DevAnand100.
Nakuul Mehta: A Celebrated Figure in the Entertainment Industry

In his professional journey, Nakuul Mehta gained recognition with the popular show “Pyaar Ka Dard Hai Meetha Meetha Pyaara Pyaara.” His success led him to host India’s Got Talent Season 6. Nakuul’s breakthrough role came in the form of Shivaay Singh Oberoi in the beloved series “Ishqbaaz,” where he starred opposite Surbhi Chandna. His stint on the show, which lasted from 2016 to 2019, garnered immense popularity.
Nakuul further showcased his versatility by taking on the spinoff show “Dil Boley Oberoi.” Exploring different avenues, he ventured into web series with projects such as “I Don’t Watch TV” and “Never Kiss Your Best Friend.” Most recently, Nakuul Mehta graced the small screen as the lead protagonist in the beloved daily soap “Bade Achhe Lagte Hai 3,” opposite Disha Parmar.
