In response to a request from the repairing agency contracted by the Public Works Department (PWD), Delhi Traffic Police has announced a change in the schedule for repair work on the Naraina flyover. The repair work, originally scheduled to commence earlier, will now start from May 2, 2024.
During this period, the Dhaulakuan to Mayapuri carriageway will be closed to traffic for a duration of 20 days starting from May 2, 2024. To facilitate the repair process and ensure the safety of commuters, traffic restrictions, and diversions will be implemented in the affected areas.
Commuters are advised to plan their routes accordingly and follow the guidance provided by traffic personnel to navigate through the affected areas smoothly. Delhi Traffic Police emphasizes the importance of adhering to traffic rules and regulations during this period to minimize inconvenience and ensure the efficient flow of traffic.
As the repair work progresses, Delhi Traffic Police will continue to provide updates and necessary instructions to help commuters adjust their travel plans and avoid potential delays. Stay informed and cooperate with authorities to contribute to a safer and more efficient traffic environment in the capital city.
