On the 28th of February, Nitin Gadkari Extends Congratulations to the Nation on National Science Day.
Nitin Gadkari Said, “On the occasion of this National Science Day, let us try to create a ‘scientific mind’ in society with the aim of motivating students towards science and making the general public aware of science and scientific achievements”.
National Science Day was established in 1986 by the Government of India to mark the discovery of the Raman Effect by Indian physicist, Sir C.V. Raman, on February 28th, 1928. The discovery of the Raman Effect was a major milestone in the field of physics and led to Sir C.V. Raman being awarded the Nobel Prize in Physics in 1930.
